We participate in a network of over 500 hundred mortgage lenders and banks nationwide which provide a variety of financing programs. The purpose of our service is to steer consumers in the direction of mortgage lenders, without having to shop around for a home loan with no knowledge of where to go. We strive to connect you with up to 3 lenders who desire to compete for your loan and provide you with the service you are looking for.

We DO NOT sell your information to any other party except to a mortgage lender, bank or related affiliate or relevant 3rd party. Our company does not sell your email address to other companies, thus keeping your information for connecting you with one of our associated lenders. Our company does not pull a credit report on you but leaves that as the responsibility of the lender.

When collecting data from consumers we know that personal information should be respected and not provided to the public. When you click on the "submit" button after completing our survey regarding your personal and financial information, your information is transmitted directly into our database, which then relays the data to selected lenders that have asked for your type of loan. This is done within 48 hours in most cases. The lenders then make every effort to contact you via phone, email, mail and other necessary contact approaches. Please note that your information is inputted by you voluntarily and for the purposes of obtaining a home loan.

The advanced software we use monitors your information 24 hours a day. It is our intention to secure the data from any potential hackers, or any other party who wishes to pirate our database. The data has limited exposure to the internet and is primarily stored in our off-line database which retrieves the data from the on-line database, which is when you submit your information. Thus, it is our intention to move the data to our off-line database as quickly as possible.

What type of information does this web site collect? This web site gathers customer information needed to provide superior service, communicate offers on merchandise and services which we believe will be of interest to you, and to administer our business. In order to best serve you, we may gather information from you in a few instances. First, when you visit our site, we may collect non-personally identifiable information from you. Other examples of when we may ask you to voluntarily provide personally identifiable information include if you subscribe to our email program (information such as your name and e-mail address), choose to provide us preference information (such as interests, product preferences, and items purchased), or when you enter a one of our promotions (information such as name, address and telephone number).
